Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. Please allow additional time during high demand periods, holidays, or promotional events.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Typical delivery times are:

  • United States: 6–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
  • Australia: 6–12 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–15 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or unexpected shipping delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. From time to time, we may offer special promotions such as free shipping, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to follow your package in real time. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear in the carrier's system.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

ChillBuddy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external logistics issues.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may not be able to modify the order once it has entered processing. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ChillBuddy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, depending on your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. ChillBuddy has no control over these charges.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

Our support team will review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
